At Tim Tam, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. Since we operate as a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, please email us at timtam032026@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Without proper proof, returns may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during shipping)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Order cancelled before shipment

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will arrange reverse pickup (if available).

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product. Shipping charges will be reimbursed after verification.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at timtam032026@gmail.com.
